I'm not sure what I expected when I sat down and watched "The Echo in the Canyon." I thought, as many have, that it was just another movie about a child. Instead, the movie took me back to the period in my life when I was nine. To tell you the truth, I didn't know what was going on, but I knew I was in the right place. I had always known that my brother (he was my age at the time) had been there, and that the place was a very special place to him. My brother and I always talked about this place and the man who lived there, Jim. We had known Jim for a long time, and as a child we had heard him tell stories about Jim. We had known that he was a big, famous guy, but we had never known anything about his life before. We were definitely right. He was the most popular man in the city and the people that knew him were very proud of him. Jim and his friends were in the center of a great lot of news and gossip. It was really like a place that no one else would know. It was very weird. The time that I watched this movie, I had the feeling that it was a very important movie for me. It gave me a lot of emotional information that I hadn't had before. I think that the movie has a special effect on people who know the stories of Jim. I have to say that the movie made me very happy. I'm sure that I could talk about the movie in more detail, but I think that I have already said enough. I hope that you will enjoy the movie. To those of you who don't know what the movie is about, just watch the movie and enjoy it. You will find that you will have a different experience of it that you didn't have before. I think that you will be very surprised, just like me.

It's not often I write a review but I felt the need to do this after watching this documentary. I was curious to see what a filmmaker like Irwin Zalkind would do with such a complex subject matter and what he achieved with this film is amazing. I have never seen a more passionate and honest presentation of a subject that has touched me so deeply. I will not say anything about the film except that I cannot recommend it enough. There are so many great moments and scenes that are so unique. I have seen it at least 10 times and it never gets old. I have read a few reviews here that seem to have been written by a fan of Irwin's. I think that this film was created by Irwin himself. I have never heard of Irwin before I saw this film and I am a fan of his work and this documentary is a testament to Irwin's true talent. The most beautiful thing about this film is that it is a true work of art. I would like to point out that the camera work and sound is done by Irwin himself. I would also like to point out that the music in the film is done by another of Irwin's favorite composers, David Hasselhoff. I do not believe that the music is in any way similar to his music but I can understand why it might be a fan's opinion. I am sure that this is not what Irwin intended and I would not say it was a mistake in his work but I do understand that he may not want to share this film with the public. He is a very private man. I am very grateful that I have had the opportunity to see this film and I look forward to seeing more of his work. If you are a fan of his work you will not be disappointed.
