Trying to make sense of the facts is one thing, but trying to make sense of the context is quite another. The context is the backdrop for this movie, and the background is a remote British outpost in the Middle East, an island off the coast of Oman. It is a place where, during the Crusades, Muslim pirates were able to gain a foothold, and where the rich oil reserves were more than enough to feed the armies. And it is a place where the British colonialists were constantly at war with the locals, where their economy was based on exploitation, and where the colonialists, under the leadership of the Egyptian general Amalric, were able to impose their will. What is interesting about this film is the way it takes you through the world of this tiny island, and gives you a sense of the disorientation that is so central to the story. The film is shot in a highly stylized style, and it is clearly intended to draw attention to the visual style, which is very reminiscent of the 70's, and the way in which the camera moves around the island. The story is told in a very compelling way, but what really makes it work is the way the camera is used. The camera is used to create an emotional relationship with the viewer, and it is used to tell the story in a way that is both moving and informative. This is the first movie I have ever seen that uses the camera as a character. I found the film to be very interesting, and I really liked the way that the camera was used, but it is very hard to tell apart from the story. The film is a bit long, and it could have used a bit more editing, but overall it is an interesting film. The performances are very good, and the film is very interesting.
