I would say I'm kind of disappointed that this is not the best Horror film I've seen. It's not bad at all but it was a bit weak. I was expecting a lot more of this film and that was what I wanted. I would say the story line and acting was good, it was pretty good but the script was a little weak. There were a few problems with the script. There was too much dialogue for one person to say everything that they want to say. The script also had a few scenes that were so out of place that I felt like I was watching an old TV show. For example, in one scene, the priest is in a bar and gets attacked by a monster. He goes out of his way to avoid the monster and then he finds a strange plate with a certain symbol. The priest asks the barman for the meaning of the symbol but he doesn't know what it is. The priest proceeds to leave the bar and when he gets back in, he says that he has never seen the plate before and he was so excited when he saw it, he asked the barman to have it for him. In the end, when the priest finds the plate and is trying to find out what it was, he says that he never had a plate like that and he just asked the barman for it. I understand that the priest's character is out of place but when the story is written, there should be a way to explain what the priest's character was like. The other characters in this film were not bad but they were not good either. The good thing about this film was the ending. The ending was really good and really scary. I think that the director should have really cut the end down a little bit. It seemed like there was more stuff that could have been cut out. Overall, this was a pretty good horror film. I would recommend it but if you like Horror films and like a little bit of gore, this isn't the film for you.

One of the most unusual film-making movies of the 90s, The Wretched is a brilliant deconstruction of the slasher movie genre. The story involves an orphan boy, the leader of a group of teenagers who are stalked by a serial killer who has killed his classmates. In the beginning of the film, the killer is chased by a number of teenagers who are, in effect, the audience. In this way, the movie presents a plausible scenario for the audience to react. The first fifteen minutes of the film are an incredible mess. The killer is introduced and then disappears in a short scene. The people who are the characters are given no background information and are basically "looks-like-they-might-be-the-killer" for the sake of entertainment. The parents of the characters do not react or even understand the nature of the children that are being stalked by the killer. This is the major downfall of the film, as the audience cannot fully empathize with any of the characters. In the end, however, the movie becomes more interesting because of the more serious aspects of the story. The story presents the audience with a series of disturbing images, which are made in such a way that the viewer can fully experience the sense of claustrophobia and dread. The movie presents the audience with a visual description of the theme of slasher films, which is presented in a way that the audience is not necessarily lost. The movie is a work of art and in my opinion it is very important for filmmakers to take advantage of their abilities as a storyteller. Unfortunately, The Wretched has not received a large amount of recognition. I believe that the movie should be re-evaluated in light of the current trends in horror films.
