I saw this film in San Francisco at the end of the week. It was a great film, full of great moments, and a great message. The film opens with the story of the late US Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan. Moynihan was a progressive politician who believed that race relations could be improved by the passage of civil rights legislation. In 1964, Moynihan was assassinated, and his name was not mentioned in the news media until years later. His death was a tragedy, but Moynihan's life was a triumph. He was a brilliant, passionate, and principled politician who believed that America needed to be a beacon of hope to the rest of the world. His accomplishments included passing the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Voting Rights Act of 1965, the National Housing Act of 1966, and the Civil Rights Act of 1968. He was an activist for racial justice. When the first African American President was elected, he believed that we needed to be a beacon of hope to the world. The film shows Moynihan's life and the impact he had on the country. The film is not just about Moynihan. It is about the struggle for civil rights in America. It is about the commitment of our government to civil rights. The film is a great reminder that civil rights is a national issue. It shows how important the issue is to the American people. Moynihan was a pioneer in the fight for civil rights. He had a vision for a nation that was more equal and more democratic. The film is very well done. It is well shot and has a good quality of sound. The film is well edited, and the editing is excellent. The film was well written and well directed. I highly recommend this film.
