I have to admit I'm a bit of a horror fan. I can appreciate a good horror movie, that's for sure. Usually the best ones have a twist, it is something different and that's what it's all about. But to me it's all about horror movies are good. They have to be enjoyable, have a solid story, and that's what makes it scary and scary. So I was very pleased with the movie. A bit slow at times but it definitely got the job done. I was interested from the beginning and it did draw my attention. At times it's hard to understand and it doesn't make sense, but at the same time it doesn't really affect the movie itself. I think the story of this movie is pretty interesting. It's not the best horror movie I've seen, but it does it's job well enough. It is one of those movies where you just keep thinking what the point is and that's why it's good. For me, it's worth it to watch it, I wouldn't say it was boring or anything but it does it's job well enough. It's just very well done and just the fact that you can like it is amazing. Now to the negative part. I hate the ending. There is no real reason why they can't have the girl stay with the man and keep their relationship. It just seemed to not be a good ending and it seemed like they just wanted to throw out the whole story. I mean, what makes the story better. As I said, it's just good. The movie is good. It's just the ending just didn't work for me. I'm gonna give this movie a 6 out of 10. Definitely worth it for a horror movie. I'm gonna give it 7 out of 10.

Sergio Martino's "Return of the Living Dead" was a remarkably intense and effectively mysterious experience for me. It had a lot of interesting things going for it. It wasn't like the numerous slasher films that have come out since the 1970's. It was well-written and well-directed. It had some great sequences where the viewer gets to see the zombie in all of his various stages of decay. But the thing that I especially liked was the "ghost" sequences. The director took great care to make the undead seem as real and frightening as they could possibly be. I was thinking, "Gee, isn't it interesting that this zombie can hear my thoughts and that he can communicate with the living dead, for example?" While I was distracted by all the other things that made this film worthwhile, I was watching the haunted house sequences. I wasn't expecting them to be particularly scary. But I was being chased by the living dead. I was wondering what the hell is going on? The scene with the severed head was pretty terrifying. The scene with the body being put in a plastic bag was interesting, too. But the movie doesn't stop with the big house sequence. There are several other scenes that are both frightening and gory. This film is an excellent example of the "Jaws" of the slasher sub-genre. The acting is excellent, the writing is excellent, the locations are interesting, the director has very good style and the camera work is superb. I loved this movie. I've watched it twice. I've watched it many more times since then. It's still one of my favorite films.

*POSSIBLE SPOILERS* *SPOILERS* I just saw this movie in the theatre. I read the other reviews before I went and realized that many other people were telling the same thing. That is how this movie got such a low rating. I don't know who those people are. Most people loved this movie. Even people who hated the movie said it was really good. It's not always that simple and if you were watching the movie you probably should have rated it higher than the average rating. Overall this was an OK movie. There were some parts that could have been done better. There was some unnecessary movie running that was in the movie and it really annoyed me that they did that. But still it was good. That was my only problem with the movie. There was a lot of information that was in the movie that was unnecessary and it didn't really help me figure out how it all went down. Like when would she get pregnant? How is she going to get the baby if she didn't get pregnant? Then she gets pregnant. And the baby doesn't look like she's been in the womb. It looks like she's been in the womb. And all of a sudden it's taken from her and it's like it's like it's a really big green blob and it doesn't look like the mother or it's something like that. All in all I enjoyed the movie. Not one moment was boring. There were a few parts that I would have done without but I think it was a good movie. It was a bit disappointing when they said that no one in the audience had seen this movie before so they were not really surprised at the ending. I mean it's a mystery movie and you want it to end on a good note. But it doesn't have to be a cliffhanger or a cliffhanger is bad. Sometimes I like that because it makes the suspense and mystery more believable. I think it's just one of those movies that I would recommend. It's not a great movie but it's okay. I give it a 7 out of 10
