Description We all have apartment horror stories: annoying roommates, asshole landlords, dilapidated buildings, among many more nightmare scenarios. The search for a nice place to live in a desirable location with reasonable rents, decent neighbors and soundproof walls is more of a challenge than it should be, so when Sarah lucks into a sweet one-bedroom at Asilo Del Mar Apartments, she think she's hit the jackpot. Situated on a quiet street in Los Angeles, it's got plenty of space, friendly tenants, group BBQs and even a cute neighbor next door. But this being L.A., all is not what it seems: loud noises start keeping her awake at night; her cat is missing; everyone seems to be a little too helpful and friendly, except for the weirdo, Lester. Soon, Sarah learns she didn't choose this apartment - it chose her.

I am very surprised how much I enjoyed this film. It's not really a horror, but the main character is haunted by a ghost of a man who died when he was very young. The film starts off very slow, but once the ghost is in the house, the film really picks up. I think the film has some great shots. The film has a nice look and the shots are very well composed. The atmosphere is very good, the characters are very well acted, and the film has a good story. I think this film is a little bit underrated. I think the acting is good, the story is good, and the atmosphere is good. I think it's worth a watch. I think you should give this film a try, and I hope you will enjoy it.

I was a little leery about this film when I saw the cast and the title. This turned out to be a good film. The story had some major problems. The characters are supposed to be 10 years apart. In real life, the people from the 1970s are all around 40 and the people in the 2000s are all around 40. The film could have had this made a little better. The cinematography is excellent and the acting is top notch. I give this film a 9 out of 10. I also recommend the film to those who like a little Gothic horror.

This is a decent thriller that kept my interest for the first 90 minutes or so, but the ending is so predictable and doesn't make much sense, I had to stop watching. I think the first hour or so of the film is a good mix of suspense, tension, and thrills, but then the film becomes dull and lifeless. The last 10 minutes of the film were well-done and kind of a "happy ending" or "happy end" kind of feeling, but it was still too unbelievable to believe. A different ending would have been nice, but as I said, it's a decent thriller that would make you think about it. The story is definitely worth watching, but the ending could have been better. Overall, it's an OK movie, but a weak ending that made me want to turn it off.

I watched this film with a bunch of friends who hadn't seen it before, and they all enjoyed it. The story is fairly simple. A family is going to spend a weekend at a remote country cottage with a young girl who has a mental condition that can't talk or talk too much, and her parents are trying to get her to come home. There is a strange man at the cottage who is watching her, and the family decide to go with the doctor to try and get her to talk, but she won't talk. It's a pretty slow and very dark film. The camera work is pretty good, and the effects are very well done. The film has a really good feel to it, and the acting is also very good. It is a very good film, but it's definitely not a great film. There are parts of it that are slow and boring, and there are parts that are slow and boring. The story is pretty interesting, but it isn't really original. There are some parts that are just really well done, and some parts that are pretty boring. I think the film is a good, and the acting is very good, but it isn't really anything special. It's just a really good film that's not really anything special.
