The two teenagers Tommy (Casey Douglas) and Logan (Omar Epps) are about to begin a summer job in "Mongo-fornia" (an idyllic location for the summer where they can just hang out and get wasted) when they find out that one of their fellow workmates has disappeared and they are the prime suspects. Tommy quickly becomes suspicious of Logan and his supposed friend there, Cayce (Bryan Brown), a really evil and perverted pervert who is now a child molester and is in control of Tommy and Logan's mother (Barbara Hershey). Also on the loose are the two nasty teen darlings who have been running around with a bunch of other delinquents in an effort to commit a mass murder. What ensues is a slow and sadistic movie with some truly twisted and sadistic scenes. Director/screenwriter Tim Truman has great ideas for this movie, and takes a real nasty, nasty, nasty artistic approach to the picture. There are some disturbing scenes, but they are not at all graphic. The best parts in the film are the really creepy scenes involving the scatological rapes of the 2 teenage girls. The scenes involving the children themselves were great as well. The performances are solid, but not spectacular. Casey Douglas plays the scoundrel terribly, and Omar Epps delivers a terrific performance as Tommy. Omar Epps could definitely be the next big thing in this area of the acting business. There are some very eerie moments as well in the film. The music is very fitting to the mood and the atmosphere. I really liked this movie. It is very dark and at times even disturbing, but the plot is excellent and there are some fantastic scenes throughout the whole thing. If you are interested in such a dark and twisted movie, this is the one to see. 9/10

Well. I was a little disappointed in this film. I expected something good. But this film is not that good. It's just plain boring. It's like that one you see in a video store, where the first 30 minutes are just a bunch of junk you just have to see for the sake of seeing it. The first 15 minutes are boring, the last 15 minutes are boring, and it never ends. So I think the directors just wanted to make a more thought provoking movie, but they could have done it a little better. The script and story is not the best either. They tried to make a movie with a larger budget than it actually has. The actors did their best but they could have done a better job. The music and cinematography are OK. You can tell it's a low budget movie. The script, I think, was done by a group of teenagers. The story is also too simple and the acting is not very good either. So if you want to see a movie with a "real" story then you should see something like "The Devil's Advocate" or "Sixth Sense" or "The Blair Witch Project" or "The Game". But I say this movie is OK, you should wait for it on the rental list. I just think the budget was way too low. It's not a good movie. There are some scenes that are quite interesting, but other than that it's a boring movie. I think the biggest problem I had with this movie was the actors. I think they could have done a better job, but I think it's just a case of not enough money. So, I give it an 8/10 because of the actors and the script. But the story and the script are really not the best and the script is really not that good either. But it's a good movie. So I give it a 8/10. And I think you should give it a shot too.
